Spend summer at Stellar Place and Zinnia Towers

MANILA, Philippines – With their resort-inspired amenities and facilities, the nearly completed Stellar Place along Visayas Avenue and the rising Zinnia Towers in North EDSA are designed to be urban hideaways all year round. Their tropical paradise spirit came out during the “Sweetest Summer” event at Stellar Place last April 12.

“Sweetest Summer” marked the inauguration and blessing of the lounge area on the ground floor of the 15-story Magna, one of three residential buildings in Stellar Place.

New and future owners of Stellar Place and Zinnia Towers received a treat with a free interior design consultation courtesy of DMCI Homes. The triple-A property developer’s in-house interior designers Jen Padrigo and Mitchel Pagdilao gave tips on how to dress up their studio, one-bedroom, two-BR or three-BR units during the one-on-one consultation.

Padrigo’s touch on all Stellar Place amenities produced that overall refreshing feel and brightness at the Magna’s ground floor and roof deck lounges.

“For small spaces, bright is better. Bright or neutral colors work well in small spaces,” she says.

Padrigo suggests turning it into an outdoor living or dining area or using it as a barbecue area or entertainment space.

“If you have parties for friends, you can entertain them at the lanai. If you have kids, you can put play equipment there,” according to Padrigo.

The swimming pools, pocket gardens, al fresco lounge, Sky Lounge, fitness gym, AV room, game area and function room make Stellar Place a summer getaway in the city.

The units are ideal homes for families, startup couples and professionals. Their craftsmanship represents the world-class quality standard of DMCI Homes born from its mother company’s 50 years in the construction business. And those who have experienced Stellar Place, they can expect the same for Zinnia Towers, especially now that it has more available units with the recent opening of its South Tower.

Stellar Place’s Magna building has a garden atrium every five floors while Zinnia Towers extend the tropical paradise feel to the interior of its buildings through DMCI Homes’ innovation called Lumiventt. The signature design technology refers to single loaded corridors, three-story high openings called Sky Patios, and breezeways in every floor that allow maximum natural light and airflow inside the buildings.

Besides being the prominent residential landmark along Visayas Avenue, Stellar Place is accessible to commercial areas, major thoroughfares, schools, hospitals, government offices and leisure destinations. Zinnia Towers also has the same unit features and added amenities such as a grand clubhouse, cabanas, palm promenade, picnic grove, an open field, a koi pond and a sky park. Its proximity to the Quezon City central business district, major roads and the LRT-1 Roosevelt Station, shopping malls such as SM North EDSA and TriNoma, schools and hospitals make it an ideal residence.
