DMCI Homes expands high-rise, mid-rise condos

DMCI Homes continues to be pioneering in naturally lighted and ventilated high-rise and mid-rise condominium residences with the construction of condominium projects that feature such building design. These are Levina PlaceLevina Place, Lumiere Residences, Sheridan Towers, Viera Residences and Ivory Wood.

The five master-planned condo communities bring the outdoor ambience in mid-rise and high-rise homes like what residents of DMCI Homes’ Flair Towers and Tivoli Garden Residences in Mandaluyong, La Verti Residences in Pasay City and Royal Palm Residences in Taguig City can enjoy. The three six-story buildings in Levina Place in Pasig City and seven six-story buildings of Ivory Wood in Acacia Estates, Taguig City will have breezeways or openings on each side of every floor, single-loaded corridors in upper floors and atriums on the ground floor. The openings allow fresh air to flow in and stale or hot air to be sucked out while daylight illuminates the building interior. They also serve as aesthetic visual relief and contribute to energy conservation because hallway lights doesn’t have to be turned on 24/7 and air-conditioning use is lessened.

The 37-story buildings of Lumiere Residences in Pasig City, 41-storey buildings of Sheridan Towers also in Pasig, and 27-story building of Viera Residences in Quezon City will have the same eco-friendly design as that of Levina Place and Ivory Wood plus Sky Patios or five-storey high openings on the front and back of the building every five floors. There is a central atrium every five floors to break the continuous high opening inside the tall buildings.

Spacious and fully functional home units in Levina Place, Lumiere Residences, Sheridan Towers, Viera Residences and Ivory Wood promise comfort to families, couples or professionals. The units also are built to last using the high quality standards honed by DMCI Homes’ 60 years experience in the property development business.

Each condo community also resembles an urban hideaway with its resort-style amenities that include swimming pools, tropical landscapes and courtyards. Additional outdoor facilities for leisure and fun are a children’s playground and a basketball court/playcourt. Indoor amenities consist of a roof deck park and lounge, fitness gym, daycare area, function room, study room, game room and KTV room. Exclusivity, privacy and security are enhanced by a main entrance gate, perimeter fence, guards on duty 24/7, and automatic heat and smoke detection system.

Levina Place along Jenny’s Avenue Extension, Lumiere Residences along Shaw Boulevard, Sheridan Towers along Sheridan Street, and Viera Residences at the corner of Roces Avenue and Scout Tuason Street, are strategically located to be near major roads, commercial establishments, schools, hospitals and churches for the convenience of residents. Ivory Wood is the newest addition in Acacia Estates, DMCI Homes’ township development that is also accessible to major roads, business districts, shopping centers, supermarkets, schools and hospitals.
