I am Noemi Reyes Pajota, your Trusted Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Prior to real estate, I spent seven years as an Associate Producer at ABS-CBN. Driven by a lifelong interest in property, I transitioned in 2011 to join DMCI Homes as an In-House Property Consultant. I have since built my career in the industry and currently focus on marketing townhouse properties and condominium investments in Quezon City.

I am Mikko Pajota, you Trusted Licensed Real Estate Broker.

My background in sales (including car detailing) led to a real estate career beginning in 2011. I served as an In-House Property Consultant with major developers DMCI Homes (2011) and Ayala Land (2013). In 2018, I became a Sales Director at Moldex Realty, where I specialized in project sales, leadership, and team development.

We both became Licensed Real Estate Brokers in 2016 (By God’s grace) and established Noemix Realty.

The company’s name (Noemi + Mikko’s nickname “Mix”) reflects our broadened scope in marketing a “mix” of properties outside our previous experience with DMCI Homes, Ayala Land, and Moldex Realty.
