One Castilla Place offers a sneak peek
Every homecoming usually produces a warm feeling, especially if a welcoming environment greets the homeowner after a long day. The newly-built, 29-storey condominium in Valencia Hills, Quezon City held a blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the developer’s executive staff, clients and guests. Moreover, the condominium will have a professionally-trained property management team that will assist homeowners with their daily community needs such as utilities applications, payment assistance and taxi call-in service. The Property Management Office will provide 24-hour security, including roving guards, gate guards, and maintenance of common areas.
